Your data. Your choice.
Disconnect an account or ask us to delete your data.
1. Stop future access
In your Cosmo pilot workspace, open the relevant social connection and choose Disconnect. This removes the active local credential, cancels pending reads, and clears the current account snapshot. It does not delete posts from your social account.
2. Revoke the provider’s authorization
Remove Cosmo in the connected-app or business-integration settings of the provider. For Google and YouTube, use Google’s third-party connections page. For Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, use that platform’s app permissions or connected-app settings.
3. Request deletion of saved information
Email support@cosmoapp.ai with the subject Cosmo data deletion. Include your workspace or app name and the account or Page you connected. Tell us whether you want connected-account data or the entire pilot workspace deleted.
Do not include passwords, authorization codes, or access tokens. We may ask you to verify control of the account before deleting information.
What the request covers
We review the relevant credentials, account snapshots, saved research, conversations, files, and work records. We will confirm what was removed and explain any legally required retention or backup-related limitations. Disconnecting alone does not remove all historical copies. Records held independently by a social provider are governed by that provider.
